Terms and Conditions: Foreigners Tribunal Dhubri Recruitment 2026: Walk-in Interview for Data Entry Operator and Copyist Posts
- Candidate must be a Citizen of India.
- Age Limit: Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 21.08.2026. Upper age relaxation is up to 43 years for OBC/MOBC Candidates and up to 45 years for SC/ST Candidates as per existing Government policy.
- Documents Required: Candidates must submit duly self-attested documents along with the Standard Form of Application relating to:
- Educational Qualifications
- Proof of Age
- Address Proof
- Experience Certificate (if any)
- Two Passport size Colour Photographs (with full signature of candidate on front-side)
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate for verification.
- Both posts are purely Contractual/Temporary in nature on a Fixed Pay basis.
- Candidates must have undergone a Computer Diploma/Certificate Course of minimum 6 (Six) months duration from any Govt. recognized institution.
- Selection Process:
- For the Post of Copyist: A Handwriting Test in both English and Assamese will be conducted (Candidates must bring a Blue Ball Pen).
- For the Post of Data Entry Operator: A Typing Test including office productivity software tools in Computer will be conducted.
- Working candidates must furnish an NOC from their current organization/office.
- Preference will be given to candidates belonging to Dhubri district.
- No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for appearing in the interview.

Reporting Time: Between 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM (Candidates arriving after 11:00 AM will not be considered).
